Using Chrome
Signing into Chrome using your DoE Login is a great way to organise your saved links or bookmarks for the classroom. It works across all devices, from a PC to a Mac, phone or tablet. Chrome makes it easy for you to view and organise your saved sites and links by using the Bookmarks Manager to create folders. This allows you to quickly find the page or site you want to share with the class without wasting their quality learning time searching for the page you want. When preparing a lesson or program from home, your bookmarks that you save are then automatically synced to your classroom computer and ready to share with the class the next day.

How to organise your bookmarks into folders
Accessing
By logging into Office 365 Online using your DoE login you get access to most Microsoft apps like Word, Powerpoint, Excel and OneNote, even if they are not installed on your computer or device. This is particularly beneficial to Mac users who want to access Microsoft products. Any document or file you create and save to OneDrive through Office 365 Online can then be opened on any computer or device you are signed into.
With your DoE Google account you can save and create playlists of YouTube clips you use in the classroom. Organising the playlist makes easier searching for particular video clips in front of the class. When you are logged into your account on any device, and you find a clip that you might like to use in the classroom, you can save it to an existing playlist or create a new one.
